MedSpecialized, Inc. seeks a Patient Portal Specialist to support the IMSCare Patient Portal adoption onsite in Cebu. You will train clients, configure portal features and webforms, and provide ongoing product support.

Qualifications

Job description

Position Overview:

As a Patient Portal Specialist, you will support clients in implementing and maximizing the use of the IMSCare Patient Portal. You will train clients, configure portal features and webforms, provide ongoing product support, and work with internal teams to help improve the overall client and user experience.

Work Schedule and Arrangement:

9:00 PM- 6:00 AM, Onsite

Office Location

8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Portal Implementation & Configuration

• Implement and configure the preferred Patient Portal based on client requirements.
• Customize webforms and Quick Note features to meet client workflow needs.
• Ensure portal configurations are properly aligned with client requirements and processes.

Client Training & Support

• Train clients on the effective use of IMSCare and its Patient Portal features.
• Provide ongoing product support and guidance to clients, addressing questions and technical concerns.
• Assist clients in understanding and maximizing the functionality of the Patient Portal.

Product Support & Improvement

• Create and manage cases/IERs to document issues, requests, and opportunities for product improvement.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams to address client concerns and support timely resolution.
• Identify recurring client issues and provide feedback that can contribute to product and process improvements.

Requirements:

• At least college level.
• Strong knowledge and experience with IMSCare.
• Previous experience as a Patient Portal Specialist or in a similar IMSCare-focused role is highly preferred.
• Experience implementing and supporting Patient Portal solutions.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Ability to train clients and explain product features clearly and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage client concerns with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail when configuring portals, webforms, and other product features.

Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):

• Monthly salary of 22,000php - 23,000php
• New hire bonus of 5,000php
