In this role, you will explain financial responsibilities, document all details accurately, and follow up on any missing items to ensure a smooth, timely patient experience.

Formación

• High school graduate or senior high school graduate.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare RCM, customer service, or insurance verification.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with patients, insurance providers, and healthcare teams to facilitate the financial clearance process.
• Verify patients' insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage before scheduled services.
• Obtain necessary insurance authorizations and ensure required documentation is complete.
• Explain patients' financial responsibilities and coverage details clearly.
• Review and document patient information, insurance details, and authorization status accurately.
• Follow up on outstanding requirements and help resolve financial clearance issues promptly.
• Support a smooth patient experience by addressing financial requirements before services are provided.
