Qualifikationen

• At least a high school graduate or senior high school graduate.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare RCM, healthcare BPO, insurance verification, patient registration, medical billing or related areas.

• Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage details.
• Obtain authorizations, referrals, and pre-certifications.
• Review medical necessity and document as required.
• Estimate patient financial responsibility and communicate it clearly.
• Educate patients on benefits, billing, payment options and assistance programs.
• Collect payments and assist with payment arrangements.
• Complete MSP requirements and related paperwork.
• Maintain accurate patient records per standards.
• Follow privacy and data security regulations.
• Escalate accounts not meeting financial clearance.
