What You'll Do:

• Coordinate with patients, insurance providers, and healthcare teams to facilitate the financial clearance process.
• Verify patients' insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage before scheduled healthcare services.
• Obtain necessary insurance authorizations and ensure required documentation is complete.
• Explain patients' financial responsibilities, including applicable payments and coverage details.
• Review and accurately document patient information, insurance details, and authorization status.
• Follow up on outstanding requirements and help resolve financial clearance issues promptly.
• Support a smooth patient experience by ensuring financial requirements are addressed before services are provided.

What We're Looking For:

• At least a high school graduate or senior high school graduate.
• At least 1 year of experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
• Customer service in healthcare BPO operations
• Insurance verification or authorization
• Patient registration or patient access
• Medical billing or collections
• Health insurance services
• Healthcare payment collections in a voice-based environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient and insurance information.
• Ability to communicate financial and insurance-related information clearly and professionally.
