The Medical City in the Philippines is seeking a Customer Service/Front Desk professional to handle standard inquiries and provide product information. The role involves following established processes, data entry, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field with up to 12 months of relevant experience, preferably in customer service or front desk settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing or related field.
• Up to 12 months of experience with straightforward procedures or systems.
• Preferably with experience in Customer Service/Front Desk.

Responsabilités

• Carry out standard customer service activities and handle simple inquiries.
• Provide basic product/service information and respond to basic questions about the product/service.
• Address basic customer issues such as returns and upscale issues appropriately.
• Answer the telephone and assist callers or those making inquiries by email or mail with basic requests for information, directing more complex matters to colleagues as necessary.
• Create positive experiences for clients by interacting courteously with them.
• Perform relatively simple quality sampling and inspection of products or processes (or both).
• Conduct data entry into company systems, and review and verify the information to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Follow a range of mandatory procedures to ensure that work is carried out to the required quality standards and/or to ensure adherence to external regulatory codes and internal codes of conduct.
• Develop and maintain excellent procedural or technical skills by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching.
• Operate various equipment and machines, adjusting one or more variables to achieve efficiency.
