Job summary

The Medical City is seeking an entry-level professional to support customer service, front desk, and administrative tasks in a hospital setting in Metro Manila, Marikina. The role involves handling inquiries, administering basic processes, and ensuring quality in service delivery.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field and 7–12 months of experience with straightforward procedures. Experience in customer service or front desk is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carry out standard customer service activities and handle simple customer inquiries.
• Carry out operational tasks by following established processes and adjust settings to meet performance standards.
• Provide basic product/service information and respond to basic questions about the product/service.
• Respond to basic customer issues, such as returns, and elevate issues appropriately.
• Answer telephone and assist callers or those emailing or mailing with basic requests for information.
