Responsibilities

• Develop and implement patient engagement campaigns to increase enrollment into Care Management programs
• Determine the best outreach methods, including SMS/Email campaigns, call campaigns, app notifications, and multichannel outreach strategies
• Create campaign calendars and schedules based on patient engagement trends
• Recommend campaign cadence, frequency, and timing to maximize response rates
• Coordinate campaign deployment with internal teams and external vendors
• Monitor conversion rates and enrollment performance across all campaigns
• Identify barriers that prevent patients from enrolling and recommend solutions
• Conduct A/B testing on messaging, scripts, and outreach approaches
• Partner with Operations Leadership to develop effective patient outreach scripts and create standardized communication templates
• Analyze campaign metrics and generate actionable insights, preparing weekly and monthly reports on campaign reach, open rates, response rates, contact rates, enrollment rates, and conversion rates
