Job summary

Cebu Comprehensive Cleft Care Center of Excellence in Cebu City seeks a Center Patient Coordinator to support registry work and patient care across Cebu and nearby provinces. You will engage community leaders, register patients, coordinate travel, and ensure patients receive comprehensive cleft care through collaboration with the Program Manager, Patient Services.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting outreach or registration programs.
• Ability to organize meetings with hospitals, clinics and authorities.
• Strong data entry and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up meetings at hospitals and clinics across the region and identify point people at each facility.
• Access community health worker structures to implement cleft awareness programs.
• Meet with NGOs and community-based organizations to partner on patient recruitment.
• Register patients with full names, contact numbers, and locations; assist with travel coordination.
• Organize patient arrivals during programs and assist with logistics (food, shelter, transport, reimbursements).
• Build relationships with patients and escalate needs when not met.
• Create and maintain a database of contacts within each province.
