Qualifications

• 1 year minimum in Customer Service – AR/Medical Billing (Voice)
• AR voice experience required
• Payment processing experience preferred but not required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to explain billing information over the phone clearly
• Able to simplify complex billing information
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Professional and empathetic when handling patient concerns
• Able to work independently following established processes

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls about patient accounts and medical bills
• Assist patients with questions about outstanding balances and account details
• Explain patient bills, charges, payment information and balances clearly
• Address billing concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Process or assist with payment-related inquiries
• Document patient interactions and account updates accurately
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and account information
