Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum of 1 year customer service or sales experience.
• Strong ability to initiate conversations and build connections quickly, especially with vulnerable health care needs.
• Proficiency in critical thinking, time management, and multitasking.
• Able to meet weekly outreach goals.
• Basic proficiency in G-Suite and video conferencing platforms.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati or Pasig office.
• UTC US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outreach over the phone to educate potential patients and caregivers on services and benefits and help them enroll.
• Independently organize and prioritize workload to meet monthly outreach and enrollment goals.
• Utilize CRM/EMR to track outreach and document consent and interactions.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure a seamless transition from outreach to ongoing support.
• Provide feedback on outreach strategies and participate in virtual meetings in a remote-friendly startup environment.
