PatentSight is seeking a Customer Research & Analytics Analyst to perform web-based research on technology-driven corporations and institutions, validating patent data and ensuring accuracy across the global portfolio.

You will validate customer information in the Harmonizer Tool, meet quality standards and SLAs, and collaborate with US and international teams to drive data improvements and process enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Experience in research, data quality and analysis.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with US and international teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth internet research to improve patent data quality globally.
• Identify patent ownership through corporate structures, M&A, name changes, and transactions.
• Conduct quality control to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Validate and update customer information in the Harmonizer Tool.
• Ensure database updates meet quality standards and SLAs.
