Job summary

• Conduct quality control measures to ensure data is highly accurate and reliable.
• Validate, update and verify customer information in the Harmonizer Tool.
• Ensure updates or changes in customer database are accurate and meet quality standards.
• Meet or exceed productivity targets based on efficiency.
• Identify future process improvements to improve team or individual performance.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and team members to foster collaboration.
• Ensure data standards and SLAs are met.
• Communicate effectively on the status of tasks and projects in progress.

About the role

A Customer Research & Analytics Analyst is responsible for performing web-based research on technology driven corporations and institutions and validating and quality-assuring patent data by assigning patents to their accurate commercial owners and verifying their legal validity and remaining lifetime.
