Job summary

Grand Hyatt Manila is seeking a Chef de Partie - Pastry (Baker) to contribute to the smooth operation of the Pastry kitchen. You will execute bakery production with precision, ensure product consistency, and uphold top culinary and sanitation standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in a high-standard kitchen, strong breadmaking and pastry technique knowledge, and leadership abilities. Local candidates or Philippine passport holders with valid working rights are welcome.

Qualifications

• Progressive career in kitchen operations in a restaurant or hotel with high standards, with at least 2 years in a similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge of breadmaking, dough handling, and pastry techniques.
• Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and Occupational Health and Safety Standards.
• Ability to work across computer applications and kitchen management systems.
