Job summary

RSO Services Corp. is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to oversee end-to-end payroll processing for bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly cycles in Pasig.

The role includes supervising payroll staff, ensuring accuracy, and coordinating with HRIS updates for hires, terminations, and salary changes. Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of payroll and HR experience, with in-depth knowledge of Philippine tax laws and proficiency in Workday or ADP and MS Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years payroll processing experience with supervisory/lead roles.
• Advanced proficiency in payroll software (Workday, ADP) and MS Excel; knowledge of Philippine tax laws (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and processing of bi-weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly payrolls.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate payroll staff and manage daily workflows.
• Ensure adherence to local tax and labor regulations; reconcile payroll accounts and assist audits.
• Coordinate HR data updates in the HRIS for hires, terminations, promotions, and salary adjustments.
• Serve as the primary contact for complex payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
