Job summary

Grand Canyon Multi-Holdings, Inc. is seeking a warehouse/parts clerk to manage spare parts in our General Santos facility. You will tag, bin, and secure inventory, ensuring proper documentation before releasing items and performing regular stock checks.

The role requires familiarity with automotive parts, strong organization, and the ability to work across departments. Experience in a dealership parts department is preferred and occasional deliveries may be required.

Qualifications

• College graduates or undergraduates with warehousing/inventory experience.
• Experience in Auto Dealership Parts Dept or Auto Supply/Parts Supply store.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and their functions.
• Strong warehousing and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Tag and place spare parts in proper bins and keep them organized.
• Ensure warehouse items are secured at all times.
• Do not release parts without proper documentation.
• Regularly check stock and ensure fast order fulfillment.
• Conduct random inventory to detect discrepancies.
• Report unusual stocking observations to supervisor.
• Assist as counter salesperson when needed.
• Deliver parts to dealerships if required.
• Keep up-to-date with bulletins and new model parts releases.
• Use the parts catalog to issue parts correctly.
• Master part numbers for various models.
• Assist expediters in delivery preparation.
• Accept delivered parts and verify accompanying documents.

Job Description:

• Ensure that all spare parts are properly tagged and are placed in their proper bins.
• Ensure that all items kept in the parts warehouse are secured any time of the day.
• Ensure that no parts are released from the warehouse without proper documentation.
• Check and arrange parts on stock on a regular basis efficient and fast releasing of parts upon order.
• Conduct random inventory at all times to check for any discrepancies.
• Report to superior any unusual observation in stocking and inventory
• Acts as a counter salesperson in the absence of the same.
• Deliver parts to other dealerships if needed.
• Keep self-abreast with the latest bulletins, announcements, releases of new models, and any changes in spare parts from the manufacturer.
• Utilize the parts catalog to ensure proper parts issuance.
• Master parts number of various models.
• Assist parts expediters in delivery preparation.
• Accepts and checks parts delivered by the manufacturer and ensures that delivered parts conform with affixed documents with no errors.
• Practice 5S in the work area at all times and maintain an accident-free work area.
• Observe company policies, rules, and regulations with no incidents of violation.
• Maintain a harmonious working relationship with other depts.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned by the management.
