Job summary

Suzuki Auto Tarlac - Service Department is seeking a warehousing professional to manage spare parts inventory, tagging, bin placement, and stock security in our PH facility.

Ideal candidates have auto parts experience, familiarity with parts catalogs, and strong Excel/Word skills to support accurate stock levels and timely deliveries to dealerships.

Qualifications

• College degree or current student with warehousing/inventory experience.
• Experience in Auto Dealership parts department or auto supply.
• Solid knowledge of automotive parts and their functions.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Strong warehousing and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Tag and store spare parts in proper bins.
• Secure warehouse items at all times.
• Release parts only with proper documentation.
• Stock check and arrange parts efficiently.
• Conduct random inventory to identify discrepancies.
• Report unusual stocking observations to supervisor.
• Act as counter salesperson when needed.
• Deliver parts to other dealerships if required.
• Stay updated with bulletins and new models.
• Use parts catalog to issue correct parts.
• Master part numbers for various models.
• Assist expediters in delivery prep.
• Accept and check parts against documents.
• Practice 5S and maintain accident-free area.
• Follow company policies.
• Maintain harmonious relations with other depts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Attendance is above average.

• Has knowledge in Automotive parts and their functions

Job Description:

• Ensure that all spare parts are properly tagged and are placed in their proper bins.
• Ensure that all items kept in the parts warehouse are secured any time of the day.
• Ensure that no parts are released from the warehouse without proper documentation.
• Check and arrange parts on stock on a regular basis efficient and fast releasing of parts upon order.
• Conduct random inventory at all times to check for any discrepancies.
• Report to superior any unusual observation in stocking and inventory
• Acts as a counter salesperson in the absence of the same.
• Deliver parts to other dealerships if needed.
• Keep self-abreast with the latest bulletins, announcements, releases of new models, and any changes in spare parts from the manufacturer.
• Utilize the parts catalog to ensure proper parts issuance.
• Master parts number of various models.
• Assist parts expediters in delivery preparation.
• Accepts and checks parts delivered by the manufacturer and ensures that delivered parts conform with affixed documents with no errors.
• Practice 5S in the work area at all times and maintain an accident-free work area.
• Observe company policies, rules, and regulations with no incidents of violation.
• Maintain a harmonious working relationship with other depts.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned by the management.
• Attendance is above average.
