Job summary

LausGroup of Companies in the Philippines seeks a parts clerk to support the service department by handling customer service requirements and ensuring the group's mission is fulfilled. You will manage spare parts inventory, record movements, and verify deliveries against POs and invoices, while maintaining stock accuracy and proper documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a four-year course.
• Preferably with at least one year of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel and in internet navigation.
• Holder of a valid non-professional driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure orderly, clean, secure inventory and restrict access to authorized personnel.
• Arrange newly delivered spare parts in the proper location and record on bin cards.
• Maintain storage area and ensure conditions prevent damage to items.
• Ensure proper documentation and authorization of stock movements.
• Record incoming and outgoing parts in bin cards and inventory cards for stock control.
• Receive orders for spare parts from the service counter, check availability, and retrieve parts from bins.
• Inspect and accept deliveries based on PO and reconcile with invoice, PO, DR, and other documents.

Job Description

This position exists to support the service department in its various functions and targets by handling and attending to customer service requirements, thereby ensuring the attainment and fulfillment of the LausGroup corporate mission and vision.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensures orderliness, cleanliness, and security of inventory, making sure that only authorized personnel gain access to the storage areas.
2. Arranges newly delivered spare parts in the proper location and records it on bin cards to ensure efficiency and control.
3. Maintains the storage area and ensures condition conforms to the storage requirements that prevent damage to the items.
4. Ensures proper documentation and authorization of all stock movements.
5. Records incoming & outgoing parts in the bin cards as well as in the inventory cards for stock control.
6. Receives orders for spare parts from the service counter, checks to determine their availability, gets the parts ordered from bins, and brings them to the parts counter.
7. Inspects and accepts delivery of items based on the Purchase Order (PO) and reconciles with invoice, PO, Delivery Receipt (DR), and other documents.

Core Competencies
