Job summary

LausGroup of Companies in the Cordillera Administrative Region, Baguio, is seeking a warehouse/inventory support role to assist the service department. The position focuses on maintaining orderly storage, accurate bin and inventory records, and efficient handling of spare parts for service requests.

The role requires a four-year degree, at least one year of relevant experience, and proficiency in MS Office and Internet usage. A valid non-professional driver’s license is also required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures orderliness, cleanliness, and security of inventory and restricts access to authorized personnel only.
• Arranges newly delivered spare parts in correct locations and records on bin cards for efficiency and control.
• Maintains the storage area and ensures conditions meet storage requirements to prevent damage.
• Ensures proper documentation and authorization of all stock movements.
• Records incoming and outgoing parts on bin cards and inventory cards for stock control.
• Receives orders for spare parts, checks availability, orders parts from bins, and brings them to the parts counter.
• Inspects deliveries against Purchase Orders, reconciles with invoices, DRs, and related documents.

This position exists to support the service department in its various functions and targets by handling and attending to customer service requirements, thereby ensuring the attainment and fulfillment of the LausGroup corporate mission and vision.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensures orderliness, cleanliness, and security of inventory, making sure that only authorized personnel gain access to the storage areas.
2. Arranges newly delivered spare parts in the proper location and records it on bin cards to ensure efficiency and control.
3. Maintains the storage area and ensures condition conforms to the storage requirements that prevent damage to the items.
4. Ensures proper documentation and authorization of all stock movements.
5. Records incoming & outgoing parts in the bin cards as well as in the inventory cards for stock control.
6. Receives orders for spare parts from the service counter, checks to determine their availability, gets the parts ordered from bins, and brings them to the parts counter.
7. Inspects and accepts delivery of items based on the Purchase Order (PO) and reconciles with invoice, PO, Delivery Receipt (DR), and other documents.
