Career haven ph is seeking a Parts Planning Supervisor to manage parts inventory, replenishment, ordering and stock availability for wholesale distribution and service operations.
You will lead and mentor warehouse staff, coordinate with the Parts Manager, suppliers and dealers, and apply strong Excel reporting and ERP system skills to optimize stock levels and minimize shortages.
The Parts Planning Supervisor is responsible for managing parts inventory, replenishment, ordering, and stock availability. You will ensure optimal inventory levels, accurate stock movements, and proactive replenishment to support wholesale distribution and service operations.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure physical stock matches system records
Conduct cycle counts and investigate inventory variances
Monitor inventory levels, reorder points, and stock requirements
Trigger replenishment orders to avoid stockouts and minimize overstocking
Validate incoming deliveries against purchase orders
Ensure timely and accurate stock-in transactions
Coordinate parts availability for dealer and wholesale orders
Identify slow-moving and dead stock and recommend actions to improve inventory movement
Maintain accurate parts pricing and inventory data
Prepare inventory, sales, fill-rate, and related operational reports
Supervise, guide, and mentor parts or warehouse personnel
Coordinate closely with the Parts Manager, Warehouse Team, suppliers, and dealer partners
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or a related field — or equivalent hands‑on experience
At least 4 years of experience in automotive parts operations, car dealership parts department, inventory planning and control, purchasing and replenishment, warehouse operations, or accounting and inventory reconciliation
At least 3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
Experience with NetSuite, SAP, or other ERP/inventory systems
Strong knowledge of inventory reconciliation, cycle counting, reorder point management, stock analysis, and Excel reporting
Detail-oriented with ability to identify stock discrepancies and data errors
Proactive and able to anticipate replenishment needs and inventory risks
Highly organized and able to manage inventory schedules, reports, and multiple priorities
Collaborative and works effectively with management, warehouse teams, suppliers, and dealer partners
