Job summary

Career haven ph is seeking a Spare Parts Sales professional to join our Parts team in Mandaue City. You will drive parts sales through strong dealer relationships, provide excellent customer service, and manage orders to ensure timely fulfillment.

You will achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets, advise dealers on product inquiries and pricing, process orders, monitor fulfillment, and coordinate with Inventory, Procurement, and Finance teams to ensure smooth transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, marketing, automotive, supply chain, or a related field.
• Experience in spare parts sales or automotive dealership/distribution is an advantage.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Sales-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets.
• Good understanding of parts pricing, availability, ordering, and fulfillment processes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented with good follow-through.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience using an ERP or inventory management system is an advantage.
• Willing to work on-site in Mandaue City, Cebu.
