ARCHON PHILIPPINES is seeking a Supply Chain - Inventory Management professional to oversee inventory accuracy, supervise receiving and dispatch, and maintain proper documentation to support efficient operations.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 3 years in inventory management or warehousing, and strong Excel skills; ERP/SAP experience is a plus, with leadership abilities to guide a small team in a fast-paced environment.
The role is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, supervising receiving and dispatch processes, maintaining proper documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to support efficient supply chain operations.
Supervise the receiving, storage, and movement of trucks, heavy equipment, spare parts, and other inventory items.
Ensure alignment between physical inventory and system records through regular monitoring and reconciliation.
Review and approve inventory transactions, including goods receipts, stock transfers, issuances, and returns.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Monitor stock levels, condition, and storage practices to minimize losses, damages, and obsolete inventory.
Lead cycle counts and inventory audits and implement corrective actions when discrepancies arise.
Coordinate with warehouse, service, logistics, and procurement teams to support operational requirements.
Generate inventory reports and analyze stock movement trends to improve inventory efficiency.
Assist in demand planning, replenishment forecasting, and inventory optimization initiatives.
Supervise and guide inventory personnel to ensure operational targets and service standards are achieved.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain functions, with supervisory experience preferred.
Experience using ERP systems, inventory management software, or SAP is an advantage.
Strong background in inventory control, stock reconciliation, and warehouse processes.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting.
Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Effective communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of inventory accuracy, stock control, and supply chain best practices.
Preferably with a license and can drive a car.
