Coconut is seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our remote team, connecting founders and businesses with top-tier talent. This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) with a monthly rate of $2,150 and EST business hours, offering opportunities for growth and meaningful partnerships.

As part of a global remote team, you will develop client relationships, identify opportunities, and help scale our talent network while delivering reliable collaboration across time zones.
