Job summary

CollegeSearch is seeking a dedicated onboarding specialist to manage the end-to-end onboarding process for partners, including screening rounds and interviews to assess suitability and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

You will build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with clients and partners, act as their primary contact, respond to inquiries, understand requirements, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely solutions and seamless operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for partners, including conducting screening rounds and interviews to assess suitability and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with clients and partners, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring a positive experience throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Respond to customer and partner enquiries through calls, chats, and emails while maintaining professional, courteous, and effective communication.
• Understand customer and partner requirements, identify concerns, and provide appropriate solutions, guidance, or assistance on time.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant teams, coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure timely follow-ups until successful resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities, client interactions, resolutions, and updates while delivering excellent support and ensuring seamless operational processes.
