Connext Global Solutions Inc. is seeking a Client Onboarding Manager to oversee client relationships from sale to successful implementation and ongoing support.

The role requires coordinating with sales, operations, support, and recruitment teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will manage onboarding processes, define success metrics, and provide regular updates to clients, while collaborating across departments to meet client requirements and drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• At least one (1) year of experience in project management.
• At least one (1) year of onboarding/implementation experience or something similar.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships from sales handoff through implementation, onboarding, and ongoing support.
• Serve as the primary client contact, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring service alignment.
• Develop onboarding processes, success metrics, reports, and insights to improve client outcomes.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, support, and recruitment teams to meet client requirements.
• Support hiring activities including requisition creation, candidate tracking, interviews, and recruitment coordination.
• Monitor employee onboarding, training progress, performance feedback, and client satisfaction through regular reviews.

Education
