Job summary

Platintel is seeking a Coach Business Partner to manage our client coaching marketplace, ensuring candidate onboarding, data accuracy, and timely project matching. You will coordinate across time zones, handle communications, and maintain CRM records for continuous engagement.

The role emphasizes process standardization, compliance checks, and professional, confident interactions with senior professionals. Part-time schedule supports flexible, global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with recruitment software (Zoho Recruit or similar ATS/CRM platforms).
• Familiarity with marketplace or booking platforms (SimplyCoach, Sharetribe) and task management tools (Trello).
• Proficiency in formatting visual candidate profiles using Canva or Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong taxonomy, tagging, and record-keeping skills to maintain clean, searchable databases.
• Experience managing email inquiries and live website chat tools (Drift, Zendesk).
• Meticulous oversight of compliance verification, credential checks, and confidential candidate data.
• Strong organization skills to schedule interviews across global time zones.
• Excellent written English skills for newsletters, spotlights, and community emails.
• Ability to standardize administrative routines and document repeatable tasks.

Responsibilities

• Onboard candidates by credential, ethics, references, and background checks.
• Update and format profile data, bios, and headshots for accuracy and privacy.
• Manage categorization, search tags, and location settings for optimal retrieval.
• Match and shortlist candidates for open projects within two business days.
• Coordinate rates, chemistry meetings, and calendar scheduling across time zones.
• Send bulk communications via Zoho Recruit for credentials and updates.
• Draft and send newsletters and community updates.
• Respond to inquiries via live chat and email.
• Maintain records across Zoho Recruit, SimplyCoach, and Sharetribe.
• Document repeatable workflows into Trello guides.
