Job summary

CollegeSearch is seeking a dedicated Onboarding Specialist to oversee partner onboarding from screening through to integration. You will manage candidate interviews, build strong client and partner relationships, and serve as the primary contact for inquiries via calls, chats, and emails.

You will assess needs, provide timely solutions, escalate unresolved issues, and document onboarding activities to ensure smooth operations and excellent support throughout engagements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete partner onboarding process, including conducting screening rounds and interviews to evaluate candidate suitability and facilitate a seamless onboarding experience.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and partners, serving as a key point of contact and ensuring a positive experience throughout their engagement.
• Handle customer and partner queries through calls, chats, and emails while ensuring clear, professional, and courteous communication.
• Assess customer and partner needs, address their concerns, and provide timely and effective solutions, guidance, and support.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to escal complex or unresolved issues and ensure regular follow-ups until the concerns are successfully resolved.
• Maintain accurate documentation of onboarding activities, client and partner interactions, resolutions, and updates while contributing to efficient operations and an excellent overall support experience.
