Job summary

Electronic Commerce Payments (EC PAY) Inc. is seeking a meticulous administrative professional in Metro Manila to verify partner documents for wallet activation and maintain robust trackers.

You will serve as the main liaison for internal clients, ensuring inquiries are addressed quickly and documents are securely handled. Responsibilities include preparing compliance reports, coordinating with multiple departments, and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Admin, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• Familiarity with IDs, contracts, permits and similar documents.
• 1+ years in data entry, administrative tasks or document handling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Validate and verify partner documents to ensure eligibility for activation and wallet creation.
• Maintain and update trackers and databases to monitor progress of partner document tasks.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal clients addressing documentation inquiries promptly.
• Ensure secure storage and handling of all partner documents and forms in compliance with data protection standards.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on document completion, compliance status, and progress for management review.
• Collaborate with departments to streamline processes and implement continuous improvement strategies.
