UniqPay is seeking an Operations Support Associate in Manila to act as the execution layer of the operations team. You will monitor pay‑in and payout transactions, spot and escalate anomalies, and assist merchants with onboarding and basic troubleshooting. You’ll also support reconciliation and maintain meticulous transaction logs.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and adherence to playbooks, as the company is pre‑launch and values proactive handling of real money movements.

Qualifications

• Experience in payment operations or banking operations is preferred.
• Basic understanding of payment flows and transaction logs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pay‑in and payout transactions daily using dashboards and tools.
• Flag anomalies or delays and escalate to the Operations Lead.
• Provide first‑level integration support for merchants, including onboarding and credential setup.
• Assist with reconciliation by logging discrepancies and preparing reports.
• Maintain accurate logs of transactions and support actions.
• Follow playbooks for transaction handling and documentation.
• Communicate routine integration queries clearly to merchants and internal teams.
