Job summary

Outsource Access, Inc. is seeking a remote HR & recruitment support specialist to help US-based senior care providers build compliant teams. You will source and screen candidates, manage workflows, and ensure documentation aligns with US HR practices.

Excellent English, HIPAA awareness, and proficiency with WorldSky CRM and common tools are required. Work 20 hours per week during US business hours from a quiet home office.

Qualifications

• Understanding of US HR policies, recruitment workflows, and candidate outreach.
• Excellent spoken and written English for calls, video meetings, and collaboration.
• HIPAA data privacy awareness and confidentiality practices.
• Familiar with WorldSky CRM and common cloud-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and schedule caregiving and administrative talent for US clients.
• Manage applicant workflows, maintain documentation, and apply US HR standards.
• Serve as a professional voice across calls, supporting candidates, staff, and leadership.
• Maintain records in WorldSky CRM and internal systems while complying with HIPAA.
