This position is ideal for graduates of Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (BSHM), Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management (HRM), or related courses who are passionate about teaching, training, and developing the skills of learners.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging discussions, demonstrations, and practical learning activities while maintaining a professional and supportive training environment.
Graduate of BS Hospitality Management (BSHM), BS Tourism Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management (HRM), or a related course
Preferably with relevant industry or training experience

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Confident in conducting discussions and presentations
Able to explain concepts clearly and effectively
Organized, responsible, and professional
Willing to facilitate face-to-face and/or online training sessions
Knowledge of hospitality, tourism, food and beverage, housekeeping, front office, or related areas is an advantage
TESDA certification, training experience, or relevant industry certification is an advantage
Conduct training sessions based on assigned Hospitality, Tourism, or HRM modules.
Prepare and deliver lectures, demonstrations, presentations, and learning materials.
Facilitate practical activities and skills-based training.
Monitor trainee attendance, participation, progress, and performance.
Provide feedback, coaching, and guidance to trainees.
Maintain training records and ensure activities follow required standards and procedures.
