Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Hospitality Management (BSHM), BS Tourism Management, HRM, or related course.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of hospitality, tourism, food & beverage, housekeeping, front office or related areas is an advantage.
• TESDA certification, training experience, or relevant industry certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions based on assigned Hospitality, Tourism, or HRM modules.
• Prepare and deliver lectures, demonstrations, presentations, and learning materials.
• Facilitate practical activities and skills-based training.
• Monitor trainee attendance, participation, progress, and performance.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and guidance to trainees.
• Maintain training records and ensure activities follow required standards and procedures.
