Wing Assistant seeks a QuickBooks Bookkeeper for a 100% remote, full-time role. Responsibilities include posting payments, performing reconciliations, and generating custom reports using QuickBooks Online.

Candidate must handle highly confidential student financial data with 100% accuracy and meet NDA requirements. Salary is up to ₱40K/month, aligned with US hours and fully remote work.

Qualifications

• QuickBooks setup of accounts/classes, reconciling bank/credit cards, journal entries and credit memos.
• Advanced Excel with VLOOKUP, pivot tables and macros.
• Ability to handle sensitive financial data with 100% accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Post student payments and perform credit balance checks.
• Prepare and assemble 60–100+ page PDFs in checklist order for audits without printing.
• Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality, sign NDA.
