Outsourced. ph is seeking a Senior Accountant (QuickBooks Online) for a home-based, night-shift role. You will lead QBO onboarding, restructure books, and handle complex reconciliations for Canadian and real estate clients.

You'll support month-end close, review financials for accuracy, and participate in process improvements. Strong QBO, independence, and collaborative spirit are essential. Night-shift schedule requires reliable internet and a suitable home setup.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex reconciliations (investments, intercompany, multi-entity).
• Prepare HST/GST reconciliations.
• Support month-end close and ensure files are clean, accurate, and client ready.
• Review financials for reasonability and flag issues proactively.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
• Assist with basic client communications (after we are comfortable with them).

We would also like this candidate to handle some Admin duties including:

• Administrative / VA Support (Part-Time):
• Invoicing assistance for billing our clients and preparing proposals (Ignition/internal tracking)
• Data entry with administrative support
• Assist with internal processes and organization

Work Location

• Home based work set up
• Monday to Friday;7am to 4pm EST (Night shift)
• Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)
• Should have own Laptop/PC (minimum of i5 8GB RAM)
