Job summary

Wizlex Inc is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) based in NCR, Philippines. This part-time, flexible role focuses on targeted lead research, outreach, and converting prospects into qualified opportunities for Wizlex.

You will use LinkedIn, cold emails, and light outbound calls to identify startups, SMEs, and enterprises, maintaining CRM records and booking 3–5 qualified meetings weekly. Remote work is standard, with preference for NCR-based candidates for meetings.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in IT sales or B2B lead generation.
• Based in NCR, Philippines.
• Experience selling IT consulting, outsourcing, SaaS, or digital services.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients across industries.
• Add 60–80 new leads weekly into CRM with accurate details.
• Reach out to prospects via LinkedIn, cold emails, and light outbound calls.
• Qualify prospects and set up discovery meetings.
• Keep CRM updated with notes and follow-ups.
