Job summary

Odoo in Quezon City, Philippines is seeking a Functional Consultant to join our ERP implementation team. You will be the single point of contact for customers in the Philippines, guiding projects from start to finish and coordinating with developers and sales teams.

Expect hands-on analysis, configuration and training, project management, and collaboration across modules like CRM, Manufacturing, Inventory, and HR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Fluent in English and Tagalog.
• Excellent analysis and communication skills.
• At ease with software.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer’s needs and suggest solutions before implementing the agreed solutions (configuration & development).
• Project management; manage timelines and successful completion of project deliverables.
• Implement Odoo software and deliver tailor-made training.
• Provide the customer with functional assistance.
• Collaborate with Odoo's developers to implement customer requirements, and work with the sales team in pre & post-sales.
• Support the growth of our partner network to become Odoo experts.
