Job summary

Odoo is seeking a Functional Consultant to lead ERP implementation projects from kickoff to completion in Quezon City. You will be the single point of contact for customers, translating needs into configurations and training while coordinating with developers and the sales team.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or higher and comfort with software; 1–2 years of related experience is nice-to-have, fresh graduates considered. Grow quickly in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyse customer needs and suggest solutions before implementing the agreed solutions (configuration & development).
• Project management: manage the whole project, timelines and successful completion of project deliverables.
• Implement our Odoo software and deliver tailor-made training.
• Provide customer with functional assistance.
• Collaborate with Odoo's developers to execute customer requirements and work with sales in pre & post-sales.
• Support the growth of our partner network to become Odoo experts.
