Assist World is seeking an E‑Commerce & Creative Operations Assistant in the Philippines. This part‑time role reports to the founder and drives day‑to‑day operations, product uploads, and content creation.

You’ll own Shopify workflows, create graphics with Photoshop, manage social channels, and help plan campaigns. Experience with ecommerce brands and Printify/Printful/Gelato is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with ecommerce and Shopify stores.
• Strong organizational and creative skills.
• Comfortable using AI tools to assist tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update Shopify store content and product pages.
• Create, edit, upload and organize product assets.
• Coordinate with print‑on‑demand platforms (Printify/Printful/Gelato).
• Develop product collections and improve pages for conversion.
• Create graphics and marketing assets using Photoshop.
• Manage Instagram and other social channels; schedule content.
• Assist with email newsletters and marketing calendar.
• Plan promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns.
• Monitor orders, inventory, and basic customer issues.
• Collaborate on new product ideas and store improvements.
