• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s e-commerce platforms (e.g., website, online marketplaces)
• Upload and update product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, and promotions
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse or suppliers to ensure product availability
• Process and track customer orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery
• Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback through online channels
