Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with databases, systems and operational data.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and report-writing skills.
• Willingness to review CCTV footage and conduct investigations.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Experience in logistics, e-commerce, investigation, audit, or operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Investigate lost, missing, and suspected stolen parcels within the operation.
• Review and analyze shipment records, system transactions, waybills, and other operational data.
• Review CCTV footage and other available evidence related to parcel incidents.
• Trace parcel movements and identify possible operational discrepancies or lapses.
• Coordinate with branch operations, riders, warehouse personnel, and supervisors during investigations.
• Gather and validate information, documents, photos, and other supporting evidence.
• Prepare investigation reports and case documentation based on findings.
• Monitor and follow up on pending investigation cases until resolution.
• Maintain accurate and confidential investigation records.
• Escalate significant findings and unresolved cases to management.
