Job summary

SPX PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking a Security and Investigation Analyst to conduct investigations into theft, fraud, parcel loss, and other security incidents.

The role involves gathering and preserving evidence, interviewing involved parties, and preparing case reports for management action. You will review CCTV and system data, analyze information, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen controls and respond to incidents.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in corporate security, investigations, loss prevention, fraud management, or related fields.
• Experience in conducting investigations, incident management, evidence handling, and report writing is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Criminal Justice, Security Management, Law Enforcement, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations involving theft, fraud, parcel loss, misconduct, policy violations, and other security-related incidents.
• Gather, analyze, and preserve evidence through interviews, CCTV review, system data analysis, document examination, site visits, and field investigations.
• Conduct fact-finding activities and interviews with employees, contractors, vendors, customers, and other involved parties.
• Prepare investigation reports, incident reports, case summaries, and recommendations for management action.
