Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a law-related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine corporate and gaming law.
• Proficient in MS Office and document management.

The position also supports legal counsel and ensures the confidentiality of company and business information.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in legal management, Paralegal Studies, Political Science, or a related field.
• At least 2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the gaming or other highly regulated industry.
• Excellent knowledge of Philippine laws, particularly those pertaining to corporate and gaming matters.
• Strong legal research, writing, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other document-management or productivity tools.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
