About the role

This role involves reviewing marketing promotions, products, and operational activities to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies. You will prepare, compile, and coordinate regulatory applications, reports, and supporting documents for submission to regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders.

• Prepare, compile, and coordinate regulatory applications, reports, and supporting documents for submission to regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders

• Monitor changes in relevant laws, regulations, and regulatory issuances, and assist in implementing necessary compliance updates across the organization

• Conduct daily monitoring of business operations, products, systems, and processes to identify potential issues, ensure compliance with established policies and regulatory requirements, and recommend or initiate appropriate corrective actions when necessary

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate compliance initiatives, resolve regulatory concerns, and ensure timely completion of regulatory requirements

• Maintain accurate and organized compliance records, regulatory filings, licenses, permits, and related documentation

• Prepare compliance reports, legal documentation, official correspondence, and management updates for review and approval

• Assist during regulatory inspections, audits, and compliance reviews by coordinating the preparation and submission of required documents and information

• Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of compliance policies, procedures, controls, and best practices

About you

• Bachelor's degree graduate

• At least 1-2 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably within the gaming industry

• Working knowledge of the PAGCOR regulatory framework and gaming regulatory requirements is highly preferred

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a strong ability to learn quickly and take responsibility and accountability for work

• Proficient in using various office software essential for daily operations and reporting and AI-powered productivity tools

• At least basic Mandarin communication skills
