Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and file legal documents, contracts, agreements, and correspondences.
  • Maintain legal files, corporate records, permits, licenses, and confidential documents.
  • Monitor contract renewals, legal deadlines, and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with government agencies, legal counsel, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders on legal matters.
  • Process permits, registrations, and regulatory requirements for company operations and projects.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare reports, summaries, and recommendations.
  • Assist in labor concerns, disciplinary cases, and administrative hearings.
  • Review construction, subcontract, and vendor contracts.
  • Safekeep corporate documents, board resolutions, and secretary’s certificates.
  • Prepare meeting minutes and legal documentation as required.
  • Monitor legal and regulatory updates affecting company operations.
  • Perform other legal and administrative duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements
