  • Experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary, or Legal Staff preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and legal research platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist lawyers in preparing, reviewing, and organizing legal documents, pleadings, contracts, affidavits, memoranda, and correspondence.
  • Conduct legal and factual research using applicable laws, jurisprudence, regulations, and other legal resources.
  • Assist in case preparation, including compiling evidence, organizing case files, preparing exhibits, and monitoring case developments.
  • Draft routine legal documents, letters, notices, certifications, and other correspondence as instructed by counsel.
  • Monitor court, government agency, and regulatory deadlines, hearings, submissions, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain and organize physical and electronic legal files and case records.
  • Coordinate with courts, government agencies, clients, opposing counsel, and other relevant parties as authorized.
  • Assist in contract review, due diligence, legal compliance, and corporate documentation.
  • Prepare case summaries, legal research notes, reports, and other materials for lawyers and management.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of client information, case records, and other sensitive legal matters.

About the role

About you
