Job summary

PlayTime Entertainment is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Associate to ensure adherence to laws and internal policies across marketing, product, and operations. You will prepare submissions, monitor regulatory changes, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to uphold standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years of regulatory compliance experience, ideally in gaming, with strong communication and collaboration skills. Familiarity with PAGCOR regulations is highly preferred.

Job description

• Review marketing promotions, products, and operational activities to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Prepare, compile, and coordinate regulatory applications, reports, and supporting documents for submission to regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor changes in relevant laws, regulations, and regulatory issuances, and assist in implementing necessary compliance updates across the organization.
• Conduct daily monitoring of business operations, products, systems, and processes to identify potential issues, ensure compliance with established policies and regulatory requirements, and recommend or initiate appropriate corrective actions when necessary.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate compliance initiatives, resolve regulatory concern, and ensure timely completion of regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and organized compliance records, regulatory filings, licenses, permits, and related documentation.
• Prepare compliance reports, legal documentation, official correspondence, and management updates for review and approval.
• Assist during regulatory inspections, audits, and compliance reviews by coordinating the preparation and submission of required documents and information.
• Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of compliance policies, procedures, controls, and best practices.
• Participate in compliance-related projects, training initiatives, and other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Must be a graduate of a bachelor's degree;
• At least 1–2 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably within the gaming industry;
• Working knowledge of the PAGCOR regulatory framework and gaming regulatory requirements is highly preferred.
• Exhibits exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a strong ability to learn quickly and take responsibility and accountability to its work;
• Proficient in using various office software essential for daily operations and reporting and AI-powered productivity tools;
