Job summary

The TOKAGAWA GLOBAL CORPORATION is seeking a Paralegal to support the Legal Department with documentation, research and compliance tasks. You will prepare, review and organize legal documents, monitor deadlines, and coordinate with lawyers, government agencies, and internal teams.

We value confidentiality, strong organizational and research skills, and a keen eye for detail. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required; prior paralegal experience is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in legal management, Political Science, or a related field is required.
  • Previous paralegal or legal administrative experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, organization, and research skills are essential.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of basic Philippine laws and legal procedures is preferred.
