Job Summary
Supports the legal department in preparing, reviewing, and submitting compliance documents to courts, regulatory, and other government agencies. Acts as a liaison between the company and judicial/regulatory bodies to ensure timely and accurate filings, responses, and regulatory compliance.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Compliance Document Preparation: Draft, review, and organize compliance documents, reports, and other submissions required by judicial and regulatory agencies. Ensure documents are accurate, complete, and in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements. Maintain templates, checklists, and standardized forms for recurring submissions.
- Submission and Filing: Coordinate and manage the submission of documents to courts, government and other regulatory agencies. Track submission deadlines, filing dates and acknowledgments, ensuring timely compliance. Maintain detailed logs of submissions and receipts for internal reporting and audit purposes.
- Agency Liaison: Serve as the point of contact with judicial and regulatory and other agencies for routine inquiries, document clarifications, and follow‑ups. Schedule and coordinate meetings or inspections with regulatory and other agencies as needed. Communicate agency requirements and updates to the legal team and internal stakeholders.
- Records Management: Assist in archiving and retrieval of compliance documents for audits, inspections, or internal review. Ensure compliance with internal document retention and confidentiality policies. Ensure the Docket Section is provided with all pertinent submissions, records and documents.
- Support and Coordination: Assist legal counsel in monitoring of legal and regulatory developments. Provide administrative and operational support to the legal team on compliance and regulatory matters. Assist legal counsel in reports and updates for management on filing status, deadlines and regulatory obligations.

Technical Competencies and Skills
- Basic office skills such as records keeping and retrieval.
- Experience handling corporate documents and applications filed with government & regulatory agencies such as SEC, PSE, PDex, BIR, etc.
- Basic research skills.
- Knowledge of procedures and documents filed with the SEC, PDex and other government and regulatory agencies.
- Effective communication (oral and written) and ability to foster good relationships with key stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, flexibility, and team‑player qualities.
- Time‑management skills and ability to organize multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Ability to write/draft reports, memos and other related documents.
- Ability to sort, index, categorize, order, manipulate and organize information, data and documents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word and other MS Office software.
Education, Trainings and Licenses Required
- Bachelor of Science Graduate or Bachelor of Laws Graduate or any Business or relevant course.
- At least two to three years of experience with a law firm/legal industry/legal department or other relevant experience.
