DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Internal and External Corporate Compliance
Government relations
Business Permit & Licenses Registrations
Liaise with SEC, BPLO, BFP, DOLE, OBO
Drafting and review of legal documents, secretary’s certificate, board resolution, letters and correspondences, contracts and agreements
Process car insurance claims
Manage legal records, filings and routing of documents
Stay up-to-date with local and national regulations relevant to the company
Effective and collaborative partnership with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of permit-related requirements
