Job summary

Nestlé Philippines is seeking a Packaging Design Project Coordinator to orchestrate end-to-end packaging design and labeling projects across brands and businesses. You will liaise with Marketing, Design Agencies, Regulatory teams, and other stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate packaging assets for print, digital, and e-commerce applications.

You will drive the Design-to-Delivery process, manage label information specifications, and ensure adherence to brand guidelines while maintaining DAM

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing packaging design and/or artwork projects.
• Experience coordinating packaging projects from concept through final artwork to print production.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of digital file formats used in packaging artwork production.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Packaging Design Project Coordinator to support the end-to-end execution of packaging design and labeling projects across assigned brands and businesses. This role serves as a key liaison between Marketing, Design Agencies, Regulatory teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of packaging assets for print, digital, and e-commerce applications.

The successful candidate will drive project coordination through the Design-to-Delivery (D2D) process, ensuring seamless collaboration, accurate label information management, and flawless execution of packaging artwork projects.

Project Management & Coordination

• Manage end-to-end packaging design and artwork projects from initiation through final delivery.

• Coordinate project activities across Marketing teams, Design Agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope.

• Establish project timelines, identify key inputs and references, and monitor project progress throughout the workflow.

• Facilitate clear communication among cross-functional teams to align expectations, priorities, and milestones.

Packaging & Label Information Management

• Collect, organize, and disseminate packaging and label information required for project execution.

• Manage Label Information Specifications and/or SAP Labeling Records for assigned brands and businesses.

• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure completeness and accuracy of packaging content and assets.

• Maintain project templates, records, and documentation to support efficient execution and compliance.

Design Governance & Asset Management

• Ensure packaging designs adhere to established brand guidelines and standards.

• Escalate project briefs or design requests that conflict with brand requirements and governance principles.

• Support digital asset management activities, including archiving packaging master files and maintaining asset libraries within Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.

• Ensure final artwork files and digital assets are properly stored, accessible, and compliant with organizational standards.

Continuous Improvement

• Contribute to ongoing enhancement of packaging workflows, tools, and processes.

• Participate in training programs and best-practice sharing initiatives related to packaging design and labeling systems.

• Support initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, quality, and first-time-right delivery of packaging projects.

Qualifications Required

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an agency or in-house environment managing packaging design and/or artwork projects.

• Experience coordinating packaging projects from concept development through final artwork delivery to print production.

• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Understanding of digital file formats used in packaging artwork production.

Preferred

• Experience managing end-to-end packaging projects through CGI development.

• Knowledge of print production processes, printing technologies, and color management.

• Experience collaborating with Research & Development teams.

• Experience supporting highly regulated products and coordinating packaging requirements with regulatory stakeholders.
