Job summary

Qualifications

Job description

1. Oversee and manage the packing operations within your team. This includes organizing, coordinating, and assigning tasks to packing personnel.

2. Ensure that all packed items meet the quality standards set by the organization. Implement and enforce quality control procedures, conduct regular inspections, and address any issues or defects in the packing process.

3. Responsible for training new packing team members and providing ongoing training to enhance the skills of existing employees. This involves teaching proper packing techniques, safety protocols, and equipment operation procedures.

4. Analyze current workflows, identify bottlenecks or areas for improvement, and implement changes to optimize productivity, the packing process and increase efficiency.

5. Provide regular reports on packing performance, productivity, and any issues or concerns encountered during services.

6. Responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and assisting with any requests or issues during the service.

7. The packing leader should be adept at problem-solving, troubleshooting packing-related problems, and making quick decisions to minimize disruptions and maintain productivity.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

1. Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree or any related area undergraduate is accepted

2. With 1 to 2 years of working experience in related fields

3. Knowledge of packaging processes, organizational skills, quality control, team management, problem-solving skills, knowledge of safety procedures, written and oral communication skills, sharp attention to detail.
